Features of JV34-260
High speed printing up to 30 sqm/h
Two newly developed high tech print heads in staggered arrangement achieve a maximum speed of 30 sqm/h. Benefit from a fast return on investment due to increased productivity and a very accessible price.
Unattended continuous printing
Continuous and stable media conveying
Media up to a roll weight of 100 kg is securely controlled. Mimaki’s Automatic Media Feeder (AMF) maintains optimum tension even on long jobs. Smaller media are supported by the standard small take-up device that comes with the printer thus enabling full control of all substrates sizes.
Continuous ink supply
With Mimaki’s Uninterrupted Ink Supply System (UISS), when one ink cartridge runs out, another cartridge of the same colour begins supplying ink. Ink cartridges can be changed during printing. Furthermore, the optional Mimaki Bulk Ink System (MBIS) employs 2 litre ink containers in combination with UISS, enabling long unattended printing without interruption.
Other Advanced Functionalities
- Variable dot technology produces ink drops in three different sizes, realising smooth, high resolution graphics without grainy appearance.
- Three stage intelligent heater improves the performance of ink and enables fast drying for high speed printing.
- Automatic drying fan ensures that media is dried thoroughly even at high speeds so that it can be wound up immediately.
- Head height adjustment to 2 or 3 mm. For sublimation, adjustment of 3 or 4 mm is available.
- High performance RIP software is included to help you utilise the various functions of the JV34-260.
Available in solvent and dye sublimation model
Water-based sublimation ink and solvent ink can be used in JV34-260, enabling a widevariation of applications, including signs, flags, banners, sublimation printing for polyester, etc.
Please note that ink type must be chosen at time of installation. Sublimation printing corresponds to printing on transfer paper.
