from reduced power consumption, GREENGUARD GOLD-certified UV-inks and more environmentally friendly substrates.

Compared to standard solvent/latex printers, there is no reliance on a heating unit to cure the ink.

With its low power consumption, you save on energy. Additionally, the GREENGUARD GOLD-certified UV-inks ensure low chemical emissions (VOCs). The UCJV330-160 has also been developed with application and media flexibility in mind to support Mimaki customers to move to non-PVC, more environmentally friendly substrates with UCJV330: UV-LED printer/cutter.

Being an integrated printer/cutter, the UCJV330-160 is also equipped with advanced features for contour cutting, enabling applications like stickers, decals and labels. In addition to the efficiencies provided with UV printing, the UCJV330-160 offers further time saving with automatic changeover from print to cut mode.

UV's unique printing expression, called 2.5D printing, adds new value to signs. It also adds a more three-dimensional design to the sign, making it more eye-catching.

Watermark printing is a new printing method whereby a hidden image appears when the backlight is turned on. The Special UV printing technology enables two types of image expression on a single sign to improve advertising effectiveness.

LED UV printers are renowned for their low energy consumption. With a power consumption less than latex or eco-solvent printers, UV-LED inks help to reduce energy costs and CO2 emissions.

And with the choice of the high quality LUS-170 ink, the outdoor resistant LUS-200, or the more budget-friendly LUS-190/210*, the range of applications has been further extended.
