The JFX220-2515 is more than a replacement for conventional flatbed printing. It redefines productivity. Combining a generous 2,500×1,500mm print area, simplified media handling and the ability to print on objects up to 101.6mm thick, it offers print providers greater production flexibility.

No more masking
Strong vacuum hold, only where it is needed. The JFX220-2515 introduces Mimaki’s innovative ANCHOR Technology, a new intelligent vacuum system that activates suction only where media is present. Unused vacuum holes automatically close, maintaining strong and consistent hold-down power without the need for masking tape or covers.
The result? Less preparation, faster job changes and less operator intervention – especially valuable for short runs and production environments that switch between media sizes throughout the day.
More usable print area
With a printable area of 2,500 x 1,500mm, the JFX220-2515 offers more usable workspace than previous models. The additional table depth increases nesting flexibility, allows more items per layout and provides greater freedom for producing larger panels and display graphics.
The result? The additional space gives operators more freedom to position large panels or nest several smaller items in one layout. This create opportunities to produce more products in fewer runs and improve material efficiency.
Fast, accurate media positioning
The JFX220-2515 simplifies setup with integrated automatic locate-pins. Activated directly from the touchscreen, the pins rise automatically to guide media placement and retract automatically when printing begins. This enables fast, repeatable positioning without separate alignment tools. Manual positioning pins can also be used for creating different origin points, making it easy for alignment of multiple panel printing.
The result? Greater flexibility across a wide variety of substrates and production workflows.

Thanks to the new carriage Z-lift, the JFX220-2515 supports media and objects up 101.6mm (4 inches) thick without requiring additional lift-up accessories. From interior doors and furniture components to skateboards and decorative objects, thicker substrates can now be printed directly and with ease.
Print on uneven surfaces
The all new LD Mode introduces the ability to print on substrates with uneven surfaces and height differences, supporting a head-to-print-area distance of up to 20mm. This extends direct-printing possibilities for stepped or partially raised items including shaped objects, assembled products and applications that would previously have required alternative production methods.
Create new revenue with Emboss & Braille printing
Move into higher-margin specialty production with advanced 2.5D texture creation that allow layered ink structures to produce visual and physical depth.
