Mimaki’s UJV300DTF-75 keeps the white ink regularly moving through the ink line system and subtanks, preventing the pigments from settling or clogging the nozzles. This ensures that every print maintains consistent white opacity and colour quality, even during long production runs. Users benefit from reduced maintenance and costs, fewer interruptions, and reliable output for vibrant designs on dark or transparent media.

This feature automatically monitors the health of each print nozzle. If a nozzle becomes blocked or underperforms, the printer can clean it or use the functioning nozzles instead. This minimises downtime and prevents print defects, ensuring smoother operation and consistent output without constant manual intervention.

The UJV300DTF-75 uses Mimaki’s next-generation ELH-100 (hard) and ELS-170 (flexible) inks, which are SVHC- and CMR-free and GREENGUARD Gold certified. These inks are safe for indoor use as they produce 30% less odor than traditional UV-LED inks, environmentally friendly, and suitable for a wide range of applications, from promotional products and toys to signs used in sensitive environments.

A unique feature in UV-DTF printers, the pinch roller system ensures stable and precise media movement through the printer.
