Mimaki Europe B.V. is looking for an Application Specialist EMEA
The ideal candidate will be part of our application specialists’ team, to provide support for our partner eco system and their customers.
You should feel comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Support customers in the most optimal use of all our print solutions
Check and print customers sample data and media requirements
Provide live demonstrations in our showroom and trade shows
Work in collaboration with our sales team and product marketing team
Act as a liaison between our customers and our R&D team
Giving internal and external product trainings
Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
3-7 years’ experience in Digital print industry
Expert troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Organized and self-motivated
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals and groups at all organization levels
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to speak English fluently
Able to speak in a friendly but always professional way to customers and potential accounts
