The UV-LED ink advantage
Instant drying for immediate post-processing. UV-LED curing is instantaneous. As soon as printing is complete, media is ready for cutting, laminating, mounting, or installation — eliminating waiting time and enabling truly same-day workflows.
Wider media freedom. Unlike other printing techniques, UV-LED curing uses no heat. This protects heat-sensitive substrates from deformation, opening up a broader range of media options including delicate films and specialty materials.
Worker-friendly environment. ELS-170 ink is SVHC-free, CMR-free and produces 30% lower odour than previous Mimaki UV inks — making the UJV200 Series a responsible choice for operators working in enclosed or shared spaces.

The UJV200 Series delivers smooth skin tones, uniform solid colours and razor-sharp fine text for high-detail visualisation and crisp readability. Variable dot technology with a minimum drop size of 4 picolitres ensures photo-realistic quality across all print modes, thanks to the 330 printing engine.
Uninterrupted multi-layer printing without pullback
New to the UJV200 Series is the elimination of the pull-back function for 2-layer or 3-layer printing in most configurations. This enables long-run multi-layer jobs, similar to single-layer printing.
Easily achieve colour-white, colour-clear, or full 3-layer stacks — at consistent, uninterrupted speed. Pull-back is only required when printing with clear gloss ink.

Low temperature UV curing
UV-LED curing is instantaneous and requires no heat. This protects heat-sensitive materials that may deform under the 70–90°C temperatures required by other printers. The result is a wider range of compatible media and more reliable print-to-finish workflows.

ELS-170
Environmentally friendly next-generation ink
The new SVHC-free formulation eliminates hazardous substances. It is fully CMR-free, containing no carcinogenic, mutagenic, or reprotoxic materials. It is GreenGuard Gold certified for low emissions in indoor environments, produces 30% less odour than previous LUS inks, and offers up to 170% elongation for excellent flexibility on vehicle wraps and contoured media. It also meets RoHS 3, WEEE, and EN71-3 standards, while maintaining the same image quality, adhesion, durability, and weather resistance as LUS inks.

Affordable high performing UV ink
A cost-effective UV ink option that delivers performance almost equivalent to ELS-170 across most key properties. It offers high scratch resistance and flexibility, making it a reliable choice for everyday sign and graphics production on roll media. The ink provides strong adhesion and solvent resistance, along with good flexibility for roll-to-roll applications. It is available in 4C, 4C+W, and 4C+Clear+W configurations, and its lower cost per ml makes it especially suitable for high-volume production environments.
