Printing speed

In general we can say that the speed of a high quality table size print (60 x 50cm) is between 15 and 30 minutes, depending on the number of colours and the use of white ink.

Environmentally-friendly UV technology

The UJF-605RII uses UV curable ink free of volatile organic chemicals (VOCs). In addition, the printer's UV lamp does not generate any ozone.

UV curable inks

The UJF-605RII uses Mimaki's UV curable inks with its own formulae, free of VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds). The Mimaki UV curable inks have a wider colour gamut and high density, thereby enabling the production of highly vivid images with beautiful and opaque colours in accurate detail. Mimaki's UV curable inks are less odorous, ensuring a cleaner working environment.

White ink

The highly opaque UV white ink can be used as backing print on transparent substrates, which is crucially important when working with images containing white, such as milk or snow.

User-friendly RIP software included

The included Rasterlink Pro RIP software is equipped with 16 bit rendering which features the elimination of tone jump and fine colour reproduction. It also allows smoother gradation. RasterLink Pro III
