High speed printing with high performance

The TX2-1600 employs an 8-colour multi head system which allows for selecting a 1-way print mode with one ink type or a 2-way print mode with two different ink types.

The TX2-1600 can print up to 28.4 m2/h in high speed mode (360 x 360 dpi). The maximum resolution is 720 x 720 dpi, allowing speeds up to 9.3 m2/h.

Automatic head height adjustment

The head height adjustment mechanism enables printing onto thick cloth with stepless adjustment of up to 7 mm. The TX2-1600 features a plunger which easily determines the head height position.

Take-up device

The printed fabric is taken up with a constant tension, realising overnight operation and unattended printing. In addition, the loading device prevents the cloth from meandering by detecting the edge of the roll with a sensor.

Two textile inks available

With two types of textile ink available, the TX2-1600 can print on a wide range of fabrics. Silk, nylon, and wool require acid ink. Disperse ink can be used to print directly to polyester or to heat transfer paper before sublimating to polyester products. This broaden the range of textile and sign applications the machine can produce.
