TPC-1000 Integrated Printer/Cutter for Sports Apparel

The process

In dye sublimation or solvent transfer printing, the image is printed onto transfer media. The type of media depends on your printer, the type of ink and the output you need. Dye sub ink requires a transfer paper, while solvent ink requires a heat transfer flexible vinyl. After printing, a heat press or calendar is needed to fix the image onto the substrate.

Fast printing

The TPC-1000 is capable of printing 15.1* m2/h (top speed) and 10.3** m2/h in standard mode.

*540 x 720 dpi (4 colours)        **540 x 1080 dpi (4 colours).

Unattended Print & Cut operation

The number of pinch rollers and clamp pressure can be adjusted in the Mimaki RIP software. The clamp pressure is automatically changed according to the type of media. The TPC-1000 can automatically switch from printing to cutting, which allows for unattended operation.

Precise contour cutting

The Continuous Crop Mark Detection function automatically reads the registration marks on the print to precisely position the cutter. It enables you to easily create letters and precise contour shapes to be transferred to apparel applications.

User friendly software included

The TPC-1000 is bundled with FineCut 7 and Rasterlink Pro 4 RIP software to meet all your professional needs. Mimaki’s easy-to-operate design creation software is also included.
