JV33 Series (JV33-130/160/260)
Dye Sublimation Transfer Printers
Dye sublimation printingIn dye sublimation transfer printing, the image is printed onto transfer paper. The type of paper depends on your printer and the output you need. After printing a heat press or a calendar is needed to fix the image onto substrate. This process causes the dye particles to sublimate. At least 50% of the material needs to be polyester to successfully transfer the image onto fabric. Hard substrates need to be pretreated with a polymer coating. |
High speed print headWith its increased print head accuracy, the JV33 Series delivers truly high quality print of 1440 dpi. In addition, the improved ink firing frequency has increased the print speed by 30% over the JV3 Series. Print speeds
Unattended continuous printing Uninterrupted Ink Supply System (UISS) Mimaki Bulk Ink System (MBIS) - optional
Triple stage intelligent heaterThe triple stage intelligent heater automatically heats up the media to the appropriate temperature. Thereby improving the performance of the ink. The mounted post-heater quickens the drying time and thus enables a fast take-up of the media.
Stable media feedingThe multi point grid roller system ensures stable feeding of media, which is especially important for long unattended print runs.
High quality and durable inksThe fast drying and high density dye sublimation inkset features the four process colours plus light blue and light magenta, and offers incredible vibrant colours, with a wide colour gamut, including increased density of black. |
Standard included RIP softwareThe high performance Rasterlink Pro III RIP software helps you to utilise the various functions of the JV33 series. RasterLink Pro III
