High speed for fast delivery
CJV30 Series is capable of printing up to 17.3 m2/h (540 x 720dpi, 4 colors). In standard mode CJV30 can print 11.4 m2/h (540 × 1,080 dpi, 4 colors). The symmetrical ink cartridge arrangement enables reliable and detailed high quality image generation even with bidirectional printing.
High detailed vivid images
CJV30 can print up to 1440 dpi with three different dot sizes. Smooth and beautiful images are produced without graining, even when printing in four color mode.
The Automatic Media Clamp function
Full automatic switching from printing to cutting. This full automatic function enables unattended operation without manual intervention from the start of printing to the end of cutting. CJV30 automatically adjusts to ensure accurate media feed. This results in high quality finishing of both, print and cut. The number of pinch rollers and their clamp pressures can be set from the RIP software and the pinch roller pressure is automatically changed to suit the thickness of the media. By raising the pinch rollers in the middle at the time of cutting, peeling-off media after cutting is eliminated.
SS21 Solvent ink
The CJV30 Series prints with fast drying solvent ink. SS21 solvent ink contains volatile dispersing pigments and features fast drying. This enables immediate cutting after printing. Mimaki’s SS21 ink does not peel off when cut. For transparent and coloured surfaces, such as window signs, SS21 white ink is available.

White ink for expanded range of applications
Mimaki’s unique white ink overlay feature enables simultaneous printing of colors and white ink. By overlaying the white ink on the substrate, more brilliant color is made possible, especially when printing on transparent media, resulting in even more vivid images.
High precision contour cutting
For accurate contour cutting of printed images the continuous crop mark detection using an electric sensor on the cutting head recognizes registration marks that are printed on the media.
Even with a laminated print, contour cutting is performed with great accuracy.
Continuous unattended operation
When an ink cartridge runs out, another cartridge automatically begins to supply ink. Ink cartridges can be replaced during printing and overnight continuous printing is possible. The UISS (Uninterrupted Ink Supply System) can be used in 4 colour mode.
Easy to use bundled software
Three different software packages are included as standard. From RIP to cutting, the software answers all professional requirements for multiple applications. In addition, easy to operate software for preparing the print & cut data is enclosed.
